Your Opportunity to Help
To build the new Mission Center and retire the land debt, an estimated $1,000,000 is needed. Based on the good management of current financial resources and current budget allocations for space, the HSA Board has initiated the Building on the Promise capital building campaign to raise up to $750,000.
EVERY PLEDGE OR GIFT IS IMPORTANT!
We encourage each one to consider God's abundant blessings in his or her own life to make the most significant and generous commitment possible. There are a number of ways to make your pledge. No gift or pledge is too small. We invite and encourage everyone's participation:
- Through local churches: talk with your church leaders encouraging them to participate in the campaign. Volunteers are contacting each church.
- Civic or social groups and businesses can participate. Volunteers are contacting many of these groups inviting their participation.
- A letter with a pledge card will be mailed in a few weeks giving you an opportunity to make your pledge.
- Some employers offer matching gift opportunities. Ask your Human Resource officer if your employer offers this so that your personal pledge/gift can be multiplied.
- Gifts of stock or appreciated property offer tax advantages. The HSA Executive Director will visit with you about this opportunity.
- In-kind gifts for the construction of the new building will be considered and accepted at the discretion of the Executive Director and HSA Board.
